I Want My Refund!

Two days ago, I had a client who requested a refund close to 2 months after attending my program.

She simply wrote in and said, “Would like to request a refund. Thx.”

That’s it.

At this point, if you were me, what would you do? 🤔

I wrote back…

“As it has been past the 30days refund period, you are no longer eligible for the refund.

Also, as per the conditions, you are required to show me what you have done (meaning all the work you had executed in accordance with the 30days template) before the refund will be issued.

However, if you can show me that, I would still be open to issue you the refund.

Can you email me all the work you have done so far?

Please do it within the next 2 days so that I can facilitate it.

If I may, may I ask why are you requesting the refund?”

I had been very open about the refund policy of my programs, and this is actually the FIRST refund request that I have gotten.

I am quite confident of the content that I provide, both in the public space and in my private communities, and I wanted to see how I can better serve the person. And if I can’t, I don’t deserve her money.

And today, I got a reply in which she said that my content was great and she did learn a lot, and thus, she retracted her refund request. 🔥

And I offered her multiple options to continue her learning and avenues to ask for assistance. 🆘

Be confident, be polite, stay firm, continue serving. And you may even turn some haters into lovers. 🙃
